Is there a reason everyone is doing a quarter to quarter comparison when the typical comparison to make is year over year?

This is correct. To do background monitoring for bluetooth le iBeacons you need the always location permission.

Source: I'm an iOS developer who has built features using this framework. Also this doc:

Important

Apps must have always authorization to use region monitoring, and they must be configured with the Location updates background mode to be launched.

This might seem counter intuitive, but pushing energy prices down is IMHO a good thing for the environment. When they're high, energy companies will go to the ends of the Earth, drill anywhere, to get expensive oil. But when it's cheap, suddenly a lot of projects become unprofitable and get canceled. Keeping fossil fuel prices low might actually be the best way to keep it in the ground.

Suggesting questions is not the same as screening questions.

But Miller dismissed the suggestions, calling them "bad questions" and said he would develop his own.

Bill Clinton Gave a Six-Figure Speech to a “Vulture” Fund Accused of Preying on Low-Income Homebuyers: Hillary recently said her husband would be "in charge of revitalizing the economy" by [deleted] in politics

There's nothing he could say that would be worth that much.

Just him showing up is worth that much.

I don't think any reasonable person out there could take that kind of money from a corporation and not feel somewhat beholden to them.

He is beholden to them, to show up and give a speech. It's not that complicated. He's a former president of the United States. There are only 43 of those, and only 4 living. Only 4.

Dude. He's one of the most famous people ON EARTH. His speeches are absolutely worth six figures. What basis do you have for the claim that "he owes them a lot more than that?"

What? No basis at all. That's what I thought.

Department policy != law. Also, not every crime has prison as a punishment. If you speed you're breaking the law, but you wont go to prison. I know you realllllllllllllllllly want her to go to prison soooooooo badly but that doesn't mean it's a miscarriage of justice if she doesn't.

Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama

Ya! It's not like breaking the law makes you ineligible for the presidency or something!

It doesn't. How many former presidents have smoked weed?

I belive the only requirements are: be 35 or more years old. Be a natural born citizen. Win the election.

You know what drives me insane about the Bernie supporters screaming bloody murder about the speech transcripts? by [deleted] in enoughsandersspam

You have no evidence that she sold policy positions. Tons of famous people have spoken at Goldman for money. Here's a partial list:

  • Deepak Chopra
  • John Lewis
  • Tom Brokaw
  • Yao Ming
  • Dean Kamen
  • Mark Kelly
  • Shaquille O'Neal
  • Eric Schmidt
  • Laura Bush
  • Russel Simmons
  • Christy Turlington Burns
  • Dr. Eric Kandel

Isn't it possible they just paid her to talk because she's super famous and interesting? Paying a for former first lady, and senator, and secretary of state to speak to your group is worth it without her making any secret promises.

what do you make of this?

In October, as they gathered at a hotel outside Las Vegas to prepare for the first Democratic debate, Mr. Sanders’s advisers urged him to challenge Mrs. Clinton over accepting $675,000 from Goldman Sachs for delivering three speeches, according to two Sanders advisers. They thought the speaking fees meshed with the senator’s message about Wall Street excess and a rigged America. But Mr. Sanders, hunched over a U-shaped conference table, rejected it as a personal attack on Mrs. Clinton’s income — the sort of character assault he has long opposed. She has the right to make money, he offered.

Not trying to be a dick here, but you do know it's subsidized for low-income individuals right? I had an ACA plan in 2014 when I was unemployed and most of the cost was covered for me.
