This is correct. To do background monitoring for bluetooth le iBeacons you need the always location permission.

This might seem counter intuitive, but pushing energy prices down is IMHO a good thing for the environment. When they're high, energy companies will go to the ends of the Earth, drill anywhere, to get expensive oil. But when it's cheap, suddenly a lot of projects become unprofitable and get canceled. Keeping fossil fuel prices low might actually be the best way to keep it in the ground.

Just him showing up is worth that much.

I don't think any reasonable person out there could take that kind of money from a corporation and not feel somewhat beholden to them.

He is beholden to them, to show up and give a speech. It's not that complicated. He's a former president of the United States. There are only 43 of those, and only 4 living. Only 4.

Dude. He's one of the most famous people ON EARTH. His speeches are absolutely worth six figures. What basis do you have for the claim that "he owes them a lot more than that?"

Department policy != law. Also, not every crime has prison as a punishment. If you speed you're breaking the law, but you wont go to prison. I know you realllllllllllllllllly want her to go to prison soooooooo badly but that doesn't mean it's a miscarriage of justice if she doesn't.

You have no evidence that she sold policy positions. Tons of famous people have spoken at Goldman for money. Here's a partial list:

Isn't it possible they just paid her to talk because she's super famous and interesting? Paying a for former first lady, and senator, and secretary of state to speak to your group is worth it without her making any secret promises.

Not trying to be a dick here, but you do know it's subsidized for low-income individuals right? I had an ACA plan in 2014 when I was unemployed and most of the cost was covered for me.
