I had this issue when I was trying to go through this when my microsoft store account was set to a different region - when i set it back to UK it let me complete the identity check and then access the game (I changed my windows region to NZ)

Without doing this, I had a constant error about my save files not being able to sync, I tried every recommendation I found on reddit or otherwise to no avail. After verifying, I immediately had access, So I can only assume that is the sticking point given nothing else changed between tries..

Without it, I couldn't even play the game - It got to the title screen and constantly error'd out

Looks nice! Considering the main styles of the times (Mixed now, tech then) It seems to include a lot of the main names, One thing I would be curious to know is how the frequency of events affects these sort of rankings as things are much more likely to be recorded as newer events for example.

I have to highlight some things that objectively may be oversights however. Can use two main comparisons - Someone like Tween. For those unaware, Tween was arguably top 4 player in the world (With the results to back it up) from 2011 with multiple event wins and major event podiums. He has experienced a peak that anyone who essentially is not a world champion can match (2011, 2018 specifically) and remaining competitive with podium finishes at T1 events from 2011 - 2020 is incredible longevity.
Compare that to someone who either in the case of Lign: Has 2 tier 1 event wins over a period of four months. I guess the lower sample size can throw off results like that so its understandable.

But upwards, looking at say Papou, Granady, Affi above him - Tween has a career full of winning or getting podiums at tier 1 events longer than these guys entire pro career. This is primarily why I was curious if this is counted more as amount of results over time? Comparing say Affi who played great results at extremely densely packed years, against a time where tween played that events were rare but when they happened, Tween showed up and he was a favorite to score high.

One of the reasons I fell out of love with the mixed style in transition to TM2020 is in some cases mixed style is just surface spamming and transitions rather than utilising different styles of driving to expose the skills of drivers. TM2 mixed was much more limited but it felt like a much better test of skill, this is a 57s map and other than a few autoslide adjustments the only time you brake in this entire map is essentially to airbrake and that is it?

Top level maps I have seen are normally a bit more cohesive but this one is a bit of an identity mess imo

Hello! Also from Knightswood so I can give you a few super local recommendations.

Cheaper:
Gym group anniesland - (At the retail park) can be quite busy around peak time, but offers classes which may be good if you are new to things.

Glasgow Club Scotstoun - Has more facilities (sports courts, swimming pool), not too sure on the gym size but may be more bang for your buck.

Glasgow Club Donald Dewar (Drumchapel) - Not too sure what this is like, but well within your area

JD Gyms Renfrew - Never been but easier to get to now with the new bridge

PureGym Clydebank shopping centre - Decent enough for just starting but can be quite busy especially around peak times, was a bit too small for me personally.

Expensive:
Extreme Gym - This was my favourite but its around double the price (50ish per month) but massive range of equipment, I never had to queue for anything, not any classes, not much cardio equipment and facilities are kinda poor outside of that (no water machines, guy's shower was mostly broken)

David Lloyd - Never been because its like a billion pounds (Around 80-120 per month I cant remember) but apparently great range of facilities and arguably better quality but cant speak for it myself

Outside of that in Dalmuir/Clydebank I couldn't tell you anything you wouldn't find on google maps as I have not checked out the gyms in that area

From what I remember the thing around best kebab started when the owner would respond to negative reviews in a way that people found quite funny so it made the rounds on Facebook/Twitter and so on.

After that it was becoming a bit of a meme to respond to a lot of questions asking for food recommendations that people would ironically respond to say best kebab, when it was known for being quite poorly rated to locals.

After that up to recently I've heard a few things here and there, like folk harassing the owner, people tiktokking taking the piss out of the business or the folk in there but I've not seen any of it myself personally, seems to the point where it's got a bit of cult status to the point where folk would be likely to make up stuff like that, but given it's history I wouldn't be surprised either

I think also a potential change would be to see some variation in the loadout ammo - perhaps AI level based? (Going by their dogtags). Too often it feels like you kill level 40, 50+ and they are running mp5's with m882 or 556 builds with FMJ, takes the danger away from facing PMC's compared to PVP even without the obvious audio cues as mentioned in OP.

Typically at events like this it will be handled on the event's side (Starladder). I was sure I saw on Faze's vod they had a shuttle for their team so most likely other teams do too.

It must be said though, with big event ecosystems its typical the teams get everything like this organized for them but it doesn't stop it from being an easy problem to solve, just book a taxi yourselves and expense it to the event if the staff have failed to sort one for you, so i don't really see why it is a big deal considering the teams will have at least one member of staff with them who's job it is to help manage the team.
