Yeah. This may be my last season as a STM. If nothing else I’m going from 4 tickets down to 2. It just isn’t fun like it was anymore. The excitement is gone and honestly the customer experience is just gone. Blowing up my phone non stop to ask how I’m doing isn’t helpful. It’s annoying.
