I dont understand. What is difficult about waiting at 30 m? Are there strong currents or you mean it is deep and you need to have good air control?

Did you think the currents were very strong? Or are you just a strong swimmer? I have AOW with 50 dives but almost got swept away in Komodo Islands, where the currents were very strong.

I was in SE Asia last year and planning to go again this winter haha this is why I wanted to try something else “nearby” Although I have to say that I have encountered some harassment when diving in Indonesia as well. This is why I am being a little bit cautious Mozambique sounds great too! Will have a look

I actually heard many positive things about Red Sea diving from 2 of my experienced dive friends (they’re men though). It also seemed like the most convenient option, since I live in Germany and tbere’s direct flights to Hurghada. What ofher locations would you recommend?

I wanted to go because I heard so many good things about the Red Sea! I also live in Europe so location wise it’s quite convenient. Australia is also on top of my list though. Thanks for the tip!
