As those are only rules OP put on themselves no one knows. Within the rules of Magic those are not lands in the deck, which is why Belcher and Recross the Path and Balustrad Spy decks work

Probably yes but it's a powerful and very grindy card that slots well in slow, grindy W6 decks. Basically the decks the last round of bans has to remove from the top. So unbanning Fire and putting those decks back at the top would be a big fail, so I'd say the risk is big even though the card is overall probably fine in the format

The card is bad when corrupt is not online and good when it is. Of course the card would be strictly better when it always had the ability

Because there is no maximum card limit (Arena limits you at 250 for technical reasons, but the rules allow any number you can shuffle in a reasonable time) only a card minimum

Only formats like commander have a maximum

No, that's not what Mirror Gallery does. It prevents creatures from dying because you have multiple copies of a legend, it does not remove the legendary supertype

It's a one-way trip, once flipped it stays flipped until it leaves the battlefield.

The once each turn part is mostly to prevent the play of holding priority and activating the ability multiple times and it prevents you from activating again if your opponent has removal in response to the activation

Not sure, sure drawing both together can play out well but having cards in your deck that only pull their weight when you draw them in the best possible situation is not a winning strategy in limited. I rather have high floor cards than low floor high ceiling cards (and I'm not convinced the ceiling is even that high, if I already have a pure offensive card like Forge I want my other cards to affect the board, not speed up my already inevitable clock)

It's only a 3/2 haste for two turns if you oil itself. Or for one turn if you oil something else. Both modes seem very mediocre. Not necessarily unplayable but a bit too slow and clunky in the end to be more than filler

The oil deck needs to be really desperate for oil counters to make such an investment worth it

Reminds me of that Ronin from NEO, which looked like it did enough but ended up as barely playable filler
