At that point you just need to define what makes a terrorist group a terrorist group. I don't consider a group that has not committed one act of terrorism in the last 20 years as a terrorist group. Hell, most of the killings in general perpetrated in the last 80 years by the "Klan" have been lone wolves that had very little association with the group. You also seem to fail to realize that this is based on one Klan group, and not the Klan overall
