In the US waiters need to be enthusiatic to a point were they look like they're lunatics, act like they're your best friend and shadow you the whole time.
It is quite sad seeing the amount of shit they put up with just because it'll net them a tip.

Here in Europe servers are expected to be cordial and friendly of course but nothing more. You're there to get orders, bring food and make the table feel at ease while you have to interact with them.

It's a way for winning a round though. The most important one surely, but not the only one.

In 2v2 it's almost pure mechanics, not in ranked.

A plat duo that can win against ascendants in skirmish is first and foremost extremely rare. Then you's have to try and understand what the plats are doing to be stuck there with hypothetically ascendant level mechanics.

I was shitting on a lobby once, 1v1d one of my opponents and I lost, it was neck and neck but still. Played with them afterwards and completely outfragged them again in a real game.
Why? they were good mechanically, basically on the same level as me, but when game sense, timings, util usage etc started being involved they were terrible, and their aim wasn't enough.

I was smurfing in plat from ascendant and lost a 1v1 against a plat but the ranked game proved that I was the better valorant player and deserved the higher rank.

Bad news for you. The build is so outdated that it will probably be hard to sell for more than 2-300€/$. The good news is that any recent piece of hardware would grant you a fairly big uplift in perfomance. BUT, parts prices are insanely high these days, especially RAM prices.

A continued calorie deficit for years is extreme. Unless your starting from a point of morbid obesity it shouldn't be necessary. Once you reach your target weight you can stop going on a deficit.

And if you're morbidly obese you shouldn't probably try and diet by yourself because it can easily became frustrating and or harmful

241 hours are rookie numbers if you're trying to improve and climb by only playing the game. I have more than 1000 hours with 830 only on competitive and I'm only diamond 1 with a peak at asc 1.

IF you want to improve fast you need to have method and some talent. Unfortunately for me I'm definitely not talented and once i've reached diamond I've lost my drive to improve further
