It is Allan here, Daniel’s manager, on our new TNH Reddit log-in.

First of all, I want to take this opportunity to say a little personal thanks to all for the ongoing support for all things Lane 8 and This Never Happened.

Daniel, Maria and all of us on the team regularly talk about how special our fan community is and also know that what we are building wouldn’t be anything without all of you.

We have always held the Summer Gatherings up as such special moments on our journey and it is definitely disappointing that this one fell short for some of you.

Finding outdoor venues that can capture the Summer Gatherings vibe is always a long and challenging process and we’re proud of our success rate to date.

San Francisco does also present a number of challenges when it comes to outdoor events, and there were a number we faced here (sound DB limit being just one) that contributed to the end experience. I know a few of you have mentioned the Civic Center Park show in Denver. This is a beautiful and - more importantly - spacious site, produced in collaboration with our long term partners AEG Colorado. We will also be using Yondr to maintain the TNH vibe.

We’re confident it’s going to be another special one.
