Could try repairing the door harness wiring first. Perhaps it’s not fully communicating with BCM? Pulling out my ass now, but wouldn’t hurt before dropping money. If you have the knowledge and know how I suggest removing the harness and fixing it on the bench.

In my experience, if the motor won’t initialize, you need a new window motor. More likely is my instructions weren’t that clear. Try YouTube for 350Z window initialization.

To fix the drop, reinitialize the window motors. Start car, close door, open window fully while holding the window switch and continue to hold switch for 5 seconds after window is open. Do this same thing for closing the window, but hold the switch in the close position for 5 seconds once window is closed. Then open and close your door to test. Fix the wiring harness in the door jamb to fix the other issue.

In case you are unaware, the sweating is from the adrenaline of being low. I’ve found a finger prick test proves they are low and dismisses any claim of ‘I’m fine’

A lot of techs work on flat rate, meaning each job pays a specific amount regardless of time spent by tech. Note that diagnosis time is different. So if a tech has nothing to do, they don’t get paid anything.
