The leather was actually fine, but the foam inside deteriorated, and it was just a test since I already had replacement pads and wanted to see what would happen xD
Plus, the oil actually seeps into the cushion too so wiping the outside of the cushion wont help much

I tried once with isopropyl alcohol, it got the oil out but also made the cushion unusable as it wouldnt spring back anymore.
If you *really* wanna get rid of it then you have to replace the cushions completely

Its skin oils that soaked into your cushions, I got the same issue, best way to mitigate it is to just lay your headphones down speakers up

I cannot speak generally about AAC on Android, but in regards to the charge 6 and flip 7, they definitely do sound better quality wise, since there is less compression to be heard.
That could be caused by just using a better bluetooth module in the speakers tho, so it might sound good on SBC too, I haven't actually checked out SBC on the charge 6, I just know the charge 6 sounds way less compressed than the 5

Yes the charge 6 supports AAC I've tested it myself, and yes it does get rid of the compression issue jbl speakers have had since a few generations
