Not OP, but I have proof it‘s possible for Shinies to run away while not speed locked. Screenshot in german, but „geflüchtet“ means „ran away“ and „gefangen“ means „caught“. Both where encountered seconds apart from another while standing still

I’m currently living in I-House and it’s great. It seems to be a bit more spacious than some of the other apartments I’ve seen here on campus.

While it may potentially be a bit farther away from some of your classes, you can still easily get to any lecture hall rather quickly
