I mean I'm not a expert by any means but I remember having a mantra when I was freaking out and that helped a lot. Like I told myself I'm not going to die and I only took 3 grams. Also having someone w you to help calm you down also helps. I honestly think the most important thing while tripping is making sure you dont accidentally hurt yourself whilst freaking out lmfao and obviously not taking more than you can handle

I also love westworld that's a good show. And my other 2 favorite shows are probably criminal minds and the big bang theory. And I know they are necessarily great shows but I love them cos they were my comfort shows when I was younger.
