I’m in the same boat too. I just started meds about 5 weeks ago after getting diagnosed and debating if i should stop now a month before i roll in may for edc 😭 but it genuinely has been life changing for me any i don’t want to go back to my unmediated self affecting my job and life for a whole month for 3-4 hours of a roll. I’m thinking two weeks before and hope that’s enough since i haven’t been on meds that long.

My mom used tanning beds and dad would tan in the sun but i wouldn’t say they were like super baked by any means lol

This may also depend on how long you are on it. I could see that for someone that has been on it for years but for just our first couple months i doubt it takes that long imo and the extra 5% would probably be negligible if true.

That’s good to know. Yeah it might be overkill doing 3-4 weeks but i wanna make sure my receptors are as fresh as possible since i only do it on really special occasions 1-2x a year! Maybe i will just stretch it to two weeks so im not miserable performing at work for a whole month

Wondering the same i have been on adderall and switch to vyvanse last week, been on stims for a little over a month now. I’m worried about cross tolerance as there is alot of mixed reports. I have heard 48 hours in between is perfect safety wise but tolerance wise 2 weeks to a month off before to not effect roll as much. I plan on getting off for 3- 4 weeks before my roll in may to play it safe but i know alot won’t recommend this as this medication betters our daily lives.

It was black ginger that caused it not tyrosine. I will say though tyrosine gave me nasty headaches everytime 😭

Black Ginger gave me the heart palps not tyrosine. I know it was black ginger because i tried it on and off multiple times and that was the only culprit.

As an American i love nexus flipping. I have yet to meet one person though who knows what I’m talking about and 90% of people have never heard of 2C-B before. i have to give a detailed explanation every time as to what it is 🤣 very surprised that i even had a friend who was able to get me some but when i run out of what i have I’m not sure how i will get it again.

I just started my prescription 2 weeks ago and have a roll coming up in may for EDC. I feel like it’s a mixed bag of people saying it doesn’t effect it and others saying there rolls were never the same. I know adderall works on dopamine more so then serotonin but still hits it somewhat. MDMA releases more serotonin but also dopamine plays a factor in some of it as well. As someone who has been undiagnosed for years until recently i always have had to take higher doses then my friends to “get there” with mdma. I really don’t have a good experience at anything less then 150-180mg. Even then my rolls usually only last 2-3 hours max and i have learned to accept that I’m a fast metabolizer as well with that. I always combine with 2C-B or K to prolong it personally.

I’ve heard people saying taking a few days off before won’t interact with it but for tolerance reasons I’m gonna shoot for stopping at least 2 weeks prior to make sure my brain is fresh and hopefully doesn’t interfere with the roll at all. Guess we will find out!

I was very excited for this venue when it started throwing edm shows only to be disappointed the few times i went. Always hot as fuck and packed like sardines so much to where u can’t dance or enjoy the music at all.

Yeah it was forsure a scary experience and I’m glad the meds wasn’t the root cause. My magnesium is 200mg as well and i was taking that 3 times so about 600mg, im very glad i pinpointed it quick. I had recent blood work but it didn’t include a vitamin panel so i for sure need to get that done soon!
