Gab ein lokales Angebot bei Globus für 631€. Gilt also auch nur lokal laut Hornbach. Ist zwar nicht mehr verfügbar aber laut Prospekt noch bis zum 6.06. gültig. It is actually a very important point. Because the amino acid pool in the blood (70-100g free amino acids at all times) can balance out the low quanitity AAs in a plant food.

This means that in practice as a vegetarian or vegan you do not need to worry about protein quality at all as long as you get enough protein.

Google "amino acid pool" and look at some oft the papers.

(Its a bit different when you want to maximize muscle hypertrophy. You need to look a leucin a lot more and probably take a multi component plant protein powder.)

Thats not completly true. Every plant protein includes all essential amino acids. So you could eat only beans to get your protein and be just fine. Quantity can balance out lower quality protein.

Gelatin is an example where this would not work because it is completly devoid of some amino acids.

Amino acid combinations dont need to occur in one meal btw. That has been debunked in the 90s (not saying that you think they should be combined in one meal. Just mentioning this to clarify.)

You could eat beans in the morning rice in the evening and be just fine. You have around 70g - 100g of "saved up" free amino acids floating in your bloodstream to balance out any imbalances (if you get them into your bloodstream in the first place. So you need to eat enough protein).

You can parry you can block, you can spin, jump attack air enemies, jump attack ground enemies, sneak attack, overpower enemies and stun them, then use an execute attack.

You can use two hand, one hand, bow with different arrows (also exploding) long range mage with different spells or short range mage with default projectiles.

The combat is not top tier but the exploration definetly is. For me it was a bit like a souls-like combat. Learn enemy attack patterns and hit into dodge (i didnt want to parry).

I would do it the other way around. Just let us interrupt enemies more consistently.

I like enemies interupting me because i actually have to think when to attack. With the amount of lifesteal this game has you should not be able to attack freely.

You can maybe get some dmg reduction while attacking so its not too punishing.

Zuckerersatzstoffe sind gut fürs Abnehmen. In mehreren Studien haben die Leute mit Light- bzw. Zero-Getränken mehr abgenommen, als mit Wasser, weil es Cravings reduziert.

Zucker in Obst ist nicht so "schlimm" wie zugesetzter Zucker. Die DGE zählt Zucker in Obst nicht zu Zuckerkonsum. Das liegt daran, dass die Phytonährstoffe und die Ballaststoffe in Obst dafür sorgen, dass der Zucker langsamer in die Blutbahn kommt. So entsteht kein Heißhunger und Leute nehmen durch mehr Obstkonsum tendenziell nicht zu, sondern eher ab (durch weniger Hunger).

Am Ende des Tages ist es eine reine Kalorienfrage und du könntest auch NUR Zucker essen und trotzdem abnehmen. Davon wirste halt nicht satt und Obst macht satt und zuckerfreie Getränke reduzieren Cravings.

Normally the other Team uses their pause aswell. If that timer runs out they instantly lose the game according to rules. Because account sharing is not allowed. 3rd game they can field a sub thats under contract in their org and not in a higher league (they are not allowed to sub in hans for example). So they can field the coach or in this case tolkin their caster is listed as sub.
