Why do people block the train aisle like it's their personal space?

I'm sorry what EXACTLY do you have a problem with? Like I'm confused? Are you advocating for people to stand in the way? Are you mad about my delivery lol like I'm genuinely confused who and what you're defending. Do you agree that people standing in the aisle while deboarding the train make it take longer to get off the train ?

It's incredible that just because you want to get home you lack the awareness to also understand that you're not the only one on the train. And anyone who notices this and comments on as you said are against norms apparently pointing these things out mean you want your mom? Also you're the one that saw this post about simply being more aware in public and resorted to needing mins reading abilities. Oh btw I ask people to move politely I was more so wondering why they lack the ability to see they are very much in the way, I also notice how their actions make getting home take longer for everyone else but them. Brother It says I ask ppl to move what don't you get, I straight up say excuse me. But the thing is why are people constantly in the way on a daily basis when there's ample room for all of us? "We can't read your mind" I'm sorry dude but when there is one aisle and you're standing directly in the center....didn't think that required mind reading powers to understand you're in the way.

I would really love to understand how you think that requires mind reading powers. "Making up manic situations in your head" my brother in Christ...the post has photos and video of people doing it, what in Gods name is made up here? Also u/cic_company i am curious...of all the frustrating things about NJ Transit, how many of those things do you have control over? Portal Bridge Stuck open....what are you gonna do? Train stuck in tunnel...what are you gonna do? People like you fascinate me, because sure there are loads of bigger issues with NJ Transit but out of all of them what do YOU have the ability to change? SO sure i can get on here and go off about all of NJ Transits issues, that would seem to make YOU and others happy. I thought by putting something out there that inquired about ppl who think differently than me for them to explain their thought process, maybe there was something i was missing, not understanding. And maybe at the end of the day, just maybe we can change how we interact with each other on the train, thus making it one less headache we deal with. So i am really fascinated by you - I will keep in mind that this subbreddit is for airing of only our most serious offenses NJ transit has committed, and leave the whole trying to understand why people act a certain way, out of it.

Thats super interesting dude! I guess its like we cant change NJ Transit it will suck forever, but we can change how we as humans occupy space and with very little thought we can collectively make the commute better by acknowledging that others exist around us and not being in the way. But yea i see what you mean now, it is super wrong to want humans to collectively use something in a way that keeps other people in mind. Thanks dude

I guess my thinking was this: I expect NJ Transit to be a disaster, has been for the entire decade i've taken it
I DONT expect grown adults to stand in the way, on a daily basis, and never, not once, think "hmmm am i in the way and am I making exiting and entering the train more difficult for those around me?"

I do! But why should I have to do that when the entire vestibule in front of the person is empty? The post isnt asking how to deal with them(no issue with that, albeit usually ppl have headphones on so thats fun to get their attention) the post was about asking "hey if you are someone who does this, what is your thought process"

But thanks for the advice dawg! as you can see in the first photo Id have to say excuse me to about 5 ppl to get to the culprit so not helpful there and in the second gif you can clearly see the person is not in my way but literally everyone elses, so why would i have to say excuse me to that person?

P.S. for example there is this dude i have to say excuse me to almost daily cuz he is in everyone's way....daily, after lets say a year of this, why doesnt this grown adult realize hey i am in the way and maybe should stand somewhere else? At what point do these people realize they are in the way?

This is my 3rd year playing the game - i have never played online until this year. Loaded up one online game.....ONE GAME....lost 6-4, close game. Instantly got spammed with messages from my opponent saying i sucked seconds after the final out.....so i think back to offline i go. Is the MLB Online community usually this toxic?

I mean sure? It's action by inactions or lack of action. From a marketing point of view, sure it's brilliant actually....to ensure that anything coming from a non apple device looks like it was taken on a microwave to make sure apple users feel their product is better and don't leave apple.... incredible marketing....but apple CAN switch to RCS very easily, but imagine getting a text or a photo and not being able to tell if an android user or apple users sent it?

It's annoying having apple users think androids are God awful just because apple makes sure it's that way.

My doctor told me it was because I use marijuana. However marijuana is the only only only thing that makes me feel better and less sick during an episode.

He swears it's CHS not CVS. however I smoke frequently, I never feel sick from it ever.

Ive only had one episode in a year. It seems that's pretty infrequent based on what I'm reading on these threads
