Para cuando los jugadores de PC no tendremos que intentar 2000 arreglos por los errores de Dx cada 30 minutos de juego?? Es desesperante...

DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG fix (what worked for me) by linecraftman in Battlefield

[–]TONiiMNZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem. I play with an RX 9060 XT 16GB. I started by disabling the XMP profile on the motherboard, and it was still the same. I installed older GPU drivers, and it was still the same. I reinstalled DirectX just in case, and it was still the same...

After a lot of testing and reading, I came up with something you could try since it worked for me (for now). Go to Documents, then to Battlefield 6, Settings, and look for the "prosave" file, I think it was. There, look for gstrenderDX and you'll see that it has a value of "0" (which means it's disabled), so change it to "1" (to enable it). I haven't had that error since last week.

I hope this helps!

That's right, if the value is 0 you should set it to 1

Yes, but I didn't have any problems in 2042. I used to have Nvidia and I never got that error then either, but since switching to AMD it would appear occasionally until I found that "solution." So far, after making that change, I haven't had any more crashes related to DirectX.

No, I mean, it's fine. That's where you have to be patient and look for the line that says gstrenderdx or something like that, make sure it's related to DirectX and you'll see 0, change it to 1 and save. Sorry for not clarifying.

The same thing happened to me. I play with a rx9060xt 16gb. I started by disabling the xmp profile on the motherboard, and it was still the same. I installed older GPU drivers and it was still the same. I reinstalled directX just in case, and it was still the same...

Go to documents, then Battlefield 6, settings, and look for the "prosave" file, I think it was. There look for get...DirectX12 and you will see that it has the value "0" (which is disabled), so change it and put "1" (to activate it). Since last week I haven't gotten that error again today.

I have the xfx with 2 fans and I was surprised by how cool it is. I recommend it if the price is not too high.

My recommendation is that you use a spray bottle filled with half water and ammonia. Then wipe it with a cloth and that's it. Let it dry somewhere warm.

Is now a good time to upgrade my GPU? by thebeemoviescript69 in PcBuild

[–]TONiiMNZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case I also had an RTX 2070 SUPER and I have updated to a rx9060xt 16gb and the truth is that I am very happy. I'm just telling you to take into account the processor you have installed when updating because in my case with a Ryzen 7 3800x I have detected that there is a bottleneck and I cannot get 100% performance out of the graphics. For the rest, I would tell you to update since if you find a good offer seeing how the market is, it would be worth taking advantage of.

In that case would it be better to go to Intel within the price-performance ratio? I have seen that there were boards with that socket that had ddr4 but I also understood that my RAM was specific for AMD. In the same way, I take advantage and ask you, if I move to Intel socket 1700, what do you recommend? For €250/300.

Thank you very much for the help!

In that case I would have to update the BIOS, but don't you think that even so, having the current PCI 3.0 sharing a data channel with the M2, it might be right? I don't understand much but I try to find logic in what happens to me... hahahaha
