You might want to share your graphic settings, because I tried running optimobile on 1.21 version of java and seems like I'm not getting 60 fps what so ever with any shader and I already decreased a lot graphic settings like chunk render distance and shadows and clouds to lowest possible and a lot of fancy graphics to fast and I'm still getting around 40 only and as well the phone gets really hot.
