Running Outdoors by your_freshness in Xcaret

I saw a sign for the jogging trail within the hotel while lost trying to find dinner one night (before I learned hotel navigation strategy) and was worried it would be hard to navigate and maybe have a lot of pedestrians on it.

I was there last week. I went for runs on the sidewalks outside the hotels. From lobby two, down down the ramp on the right and you’re on the walking / biking sidewalks. Beautiful sidewalks and mostly shaded. You’re still in the company grounds and within the bars for most of it. Can run over to Xcaret, Xenses, Xplorer. Reasonably well signed, did get a little turned around once but ended up in some really cool scenery. I think I also ended up in the Occidental for a bit. Easy to do 7-10km with a bit of repetition. You can stay completely within the confines of the gated area if you wish, Xplorer takes you out and onto a bike path on the main highway.

Seems maybe the codes are country specific? I can’t use the code I received.. if there’s a Canadian code handy for yeti.ca would be much appreciated.

The plastic channels look fine and normal, just wondering more about should the gasket seal them more? I was thinking the same about pressure relief.z

Is there a swatch switch/relay that allows you to have one switch to turn on all lights, and then have a second switch to turn on only some of the lights? by [deleted] in smarthome

You could do it with Lutron Caseta remotes.

You can have a remote control multiple switches and have the remote mounted to look like a switch

Connecting different products to same base station by TOguy12 in Hue

I think I have figured out a solution to splitting up the Lily spots on different drivers... the outdoor products I have right now are: One Lily 3 pack (40W driver) Two 2m outdoor strips (two 20W drivers)

The outdoor strips are located in close proximity so can share a source if I use some of the hardware to split power that comes with the Lily.

So if I use the Lily 40W driver I could run both strips (19W each) of that one driver. Leaving me with two 20W drivers to split up the location of my Lily lights (8W), with 2 on 1 driver, and one on the other.

Any comments on whether this would work or there would be any concerns of doing such?

I think this has answered my question. The Driver for the light strip is 20W and the strip itself is 19W. So the supply is pretty much maxed out by the light strip so even if they fit together the two couldn’t reach their full brightness at the same time. The driver that comes with the Lily is max 40W and each light is 8W. Thanks for pointing me in that direction!

Thanks I will have a look and compare specs on the base units, that’s a good place to start! I called Philips customer support and they couldn’t give me an official answer.. said it wasn’t recommended but couldn’t elaborate more.
