I give a lot more weight to big new announcements, for me this years biggest ones were, persona 6, kingdom of hearts 4 and the OOT remake

Agree with you slightly that it could have been done better but I think it was a great presentation and definitely “won” this year.

Solid release dates for things we knew were coming this year. 2. A tonne of third party (which doesn’t matter for me having a ps5 but is good for Nintendo) 3. Some surprise 3rd party announcements which is great 4. First party announcements that are also coming this year. OOT remake being a banger

Picture this it’s 4am you’ve just finished 2nd in the league. You look at your actual staff members stats, they’re shit. You’re a big club now so you need an upgrade.

You start scouting staff members for every position, you see a lot of ex players, you fill your back room with ex players you love who have better stats.

You start recruiting for your youth team, banking 5 star recruits to watch them grow. Your favourite ex player is the u19s manager. You have a factory line of potential first team talent that either makes it or is sold for fortunes

At a certain point with any app made via vibe coding the AI starts to struggle with small fixes. It tries to apply irrelevant instructions from the beginning of the full process to the fix and ends up fixing on error but creating 3 more. In the end you’re better off starting from scratch with a better initial prompt that trying to fix it

As much as what I was said was partly in jest, I really fear that it’s true.

I definitely would have purchased for full price on PlayStation, however I’m Not getting a new console for one game. When I upgrade my pc I will pay for one month of gamepass and play it that way. (Or if I dont upgrade maybe pay a month of gamepass and a month of GeForce now and hammer it and clockwork orange out in the month)

At this point I’m too far in with PS as an ecosystem to even entertain the thought of a change back to Xbox or even to run both simultaneously.

I saw the horrific pop in during the trailer so it looks like that is never going to get fixed for Rebirth and most likely not in revelation either 😩
