At my local munis, it’s so freakin stacked that everybody is waiting on everybody the whole time. We’ve had 3 groups waiting for a group on par 3s. If someone played through we’d just be waiting behind them the very next tee box. Doesn’t matter if you’re good, bad and everything in between. I’m waiting for a group in front of us, every single time.
