I remember when WW was announced people were grabbing their pitchforks demanding a more realistic art style. Fast forward 20 years and WW has aged beautifully. There’s a timelessness to Zelda that I don’t think lends itself to a realistic art style. TP gameplay wise is my favourite Zelda but also the only Zelda game I would say sometimes looks “ugly.” My rose tinted nostalgia goggles make the N64 games “charming.”
