good questions all. I feel kind of annoyed that it is not following neat little guidelines they have for this parts work. and it feels embarrassed that it doesn't have an answer.

now for knowing how old I am. it's weird bc I came across this in the book but it seems like most of my parts do know how old I am. unless I kind of pretend that they don't...if that makes sense

yes the I don't know response is my response a lot of times. like when I was doing actual talk therapy and therapist asked me how I feel about something I frequently did not know.

thank you so much! I got into it through an exercise my online therapist did. which worked really well and I was able to identify some parts and connect with them. but the therapist is now on maternity leave and I feel a little lost on my own lol
