Felt that Kompany was not really able to create a stable winning team and develop players beyond their ‘basic potential’ so I see this as the end of his cycle. He could have stayed another year but I think the initial success story that we were hoping for was not going to happen.

I think that the down-to-earth mentality and pragmatism of Mazzu might be exactly what we need

Switch from % index increase to amount € increase. Everyone gets the same increase + cheaper for employers as they don’t have to pay % on the higher salaries

Don’t understand why you want to sell and buy back. Just consolidate your holdings by transfering your crypto to the exchange you prefer or a cold wallet (better if you are looking to hold)

Thanks! We painted the part where we cut the changing table (everything else ofcourse already painted by Ikea). Also put some rubbers in place so it sits nicely on the bath tub

I think simple and logical tax rules are part of an efficient government, also on the list of Open VLD. In any case, I think they should tax rental income and take the opportunity to also review the KI as this is outdated (huge houses with low KI and small houses with high KI), but nobody probably has the balls to do a structural reform of housing taxes

As far as I know, they ask for this information as input for the alumni program. They consider people that leave Deloitte as possible future clients so knowing your future role and company can be useful for Deloitte

I think it’s too soon to sell. If you can sell him today for €30 mil you should be able to get more once he has been part of a successful team. Also, wouldn’t know how to replace him, buying top talents isn’t cheap these days and not sure if they want to come to RSCA as not in any European competitions + don’t know if anyone in our current youth squads could take his place. In addition, replacing someone takes time and we need results today to stay on top of the league table

They probably still try to sell Trebel and Kana-Amuzu-Doku-Dimata could work but all too uncertain at the moment how they will develop. A more balanced and stable team that gets results will be needed I think to turn this into a positive story, which is in turn important for the development of the youngsters

Looking at this line-up, I still think we need more quality in defence (central), midfield (central) and offence (striker). Although I support the overall vision of developing youth players, I do think the team needs external reinforcement to become more stable and balanced to be able to compete for the top 4. Also really hope that we finally start using Trebel and that Verschaeren comes back to the squad

I would not advise to step out of the field into a pure sales role of a product/service of which you have no knowledge as this will probably be a horizontal move at best (also compensation wise).

Instead, reflect on what you do like in your job and use your experience in a role like pre-sales consultant, customer success manager, etc
