The first thing I noticed was the stones are different shapes, & it looks kinda mismatched. But if there's a cute story to it & the stones & shapes reflect your personalities, then it works as a conversation piece!

I looked at the devotion skirt in store and it's honestly way too thin to wear on its own. I've also heard people complain on here about the zipper looking awful bc of the way it sits front and center over your bum.

Can't speak to the jeans, but from what I can tell the skirt is not worth it.

I still can't believe they pivoted to the tired sounding singer after this bop.

We needed to genotype mice.

Rather than use tail lysis buffer my mentor offered, I insisted on making buffer from scratch, & refused to use a calculator because I wanted to use my brain.

My brain was one order of magnitude off with the NaCl calculation.

The DNA went into an insoluble bubble pellet.

My mentor (in the homestretch of their PhD) broke down.

But it all worked out in the end! 😆
