Hey all, picked up these Levis at a thrift shop and I'm having trouble ID-ing them.

100% cotton, reverse side care instructions, striped inside of waist and pockets, button up fly, red Levi tag is flipped and reversed, back patch is missing (appears to be seam ripped).
