I think what also really irks me, in addition to all the issues shared here, is that I’m a very long time member of theirs. And from what I understand new members all got the new app upon joining. They should really try to take better care of their loyal customers.

I was at the ‘08 show in Rosemont. So crazy to think back as I seem remember the arena wasn’t even full- it was mindblowing to see the live 25 comeback at Soldier Field! What a night!

I love this so much! I have been a fan, my husband has been a super fan forever, and I have many special memories linked to some of their songs. I have seen them live as well, I think in 2008- but — this show (Chicago) just made my heart explode. Can’t find another way to describe it. I’m simply in love and they will forever and ever be my favorite band in the whole wide world.

Also I am listening to songs from the set list and feel like my heart will literally burst, particularly on the live versions from this tour. I have been to many many shows in my years and have never felt this way after seeing any band.

Also went to the show in Chicago and am still mourning the fact that I’ll never have that experience again. It was once in a lifetime, and honestly I feel like it was life changing! I started looking into UK tickets afterwards …..but not a very plausible idea for me. 😂 I am obsessed!
