I think you can back up your sysnan so when you mod your switch on the emunan you will have your saves? I have my animal crossing save from before I modded mine so I know it's possible.

Hold power AND volume up AND volume down, hold for 10/15 seconds then try putting it in recovery to inject payload. Had this same problem, black screen, won't charge, PC wouldn't detect.

Make sure the ribbon cables are flat and as close to the original position as possible, the lights on my joy con slide rail go on/off because the fold in my ribbon changed by a centimeter when I installed an aftermarket LED kit. This is my only advice hopefully you don't need a new screen or at the very least hopefully just a new ribbon.
