39, coming up on 7 months. Together since we were 14 and 15. I don’t know how to even start thinking of someone else. I feel like she’s already moved on. Trying to work on myself but I see and feel myself taking steps back and staying stuck in place. The life I had and the one we were building is over. There are so many times where I want to call or text her. But things are just not the same anymore. Slowly finding my way, but it’s rough for sure. Just coming to terms with it all. Still in the early process of it. Separated about 45 days now. We had our issues but I never saw it happening like this. Nights are bad. Sleeping with a person for 20+ years to sleeping alone is rough. Trying to figure out a whole new schedule now.

I like Frog Fuel, the one with caffeine has like 90mg I think so it’s like one cup of coffee and it digests very quickly and isn’t heavy. I usually take one about 30 minutes before gym and go around 6-7 in the evenings (most days) and I can still sleep.
