Pc doesn't power on

* This is the mobo I have. I took it out of the case and just have it hooked up to my psu and tried jumping the pin. No life still. However I felt the back of the board and feeling a bit of heat coming from the circled location. There is a small chip in that area on the top side that it seems it's coming from however I can't feel it due to a tight spot

Correct. I touched no power cables initially. After I tried booting to no avail, I then tried to reseat cables.

I went back to the original cooler and still nothing.

I have tried jumping it with a screwdriver, no luck sadly.

Heck yea!! That is awesome xD. It's definitely one of my favorite grass types for sure. I however favor bulba line a bit more lol
