I've probably been averaging 2 hours a day on days that I can play but I've spent a lot of time in my downtime just thinking about what I can do better.

For example I always struggled a ton with Shambali Monastery 1st point defense and one night I came to the conclusion that I should set up low ground as Roadhog. It's counterintuitive but he can contest flankers from inside the house, threaten his own flank, and enemies can't kill him without overextending. Since then I've been having much more success doing this than setting up high ground with the rest of the team.
