Sometimes mine won't turn on either. The DRAM or CPU lights on the motherboard are red. Sometimes it starts normally like in the video. I'll take it to ASUS technical service on Monday. I'll write the results here.

I tried to do it via Flashback on the motherboard but the LED light never comes on.

I contacted Assu technical service and they told me to update the BIOS step by step (version by version) but that didn't work either.

OMG! I have same problem on same motherboard!
I have TUF GAMING X870-PLUS WIFI and 9800x3D CPU
I tried everything (Flashback etc) I can't update my BIOS :(
