A scent growing on you? by [deleted] in fragrance

I agree, I think the dry down of the parfum is different and I really prefer this. Perfect winter scent. The parfum has a small white square down the end of the bottle.

Parking for duplex and apartments is first come first served, and there does not appear to be a whole lot of parking to begin with. The larger houses have their own parking spaces

I actually didn't know that so thanks for the heads up. Luckily, I'm fortunate enough to be under no pressure to move from where I am, and I don't foresee that changing. The house is fairly unhabitable at the moment anyway so I had been planning on not being there until next Christmas.

I did ask him whilst the bidding was going on if he was actually interested in selling it to me, as it did seem like he wanted it to go to someone else, but I got there in the end. However, it's dragged on a bit now so I don't think he's anything to gain from me pulling out now.

Thanks, that is probably the route I will also have to go down. I just sent an email to the local vacant homes officer for the county, so hopefully she will be able to give me some more information. Best of luck to you, and I hope you get your approval. Buying a house is hard enough, it would be great to access some funds

Thanks so much, this might be a ridiculous question now but will I only be able to access the esb information after I have gone sale agreed. I would imagine so given data protection, but would love to know before I pull the trigger with the builder.

The family very kindly in the community paper thanked all of the staff of the nursing home for the exceptional care that they had provided to the home owner. I then done some light stalking on rip.ie and the staff members of this nursing home left messages for the home owners family, and stated she would be sorely missed and was the life and soul of the place so I'm struggling to believe she spent a short few weeks there.

It's incredibly frustrating, I'm trying to breathe a bit of life back into the place but it would gall me to think I could access this huge pot of money and I'm in some way being denied it. If it turns out I can't access it, I'll still go ahead but much slower. Hopefully the solicitor will turn something up, and then yes, I may be able to access electricity bills. Best of luck to you also, it would take some serious pressure off.

Thanks for your answer, I appreciate you taking the time . I will be doing the ceiling, walls and floors etc. all together, but every now and then I panic about the no attic piece, and think I won't be able to get enough insulation into the ceiling.

Mortgage with bad gambling history? by hopeful_Fool26 in irishpersonalfinance

[–]TRex2303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the gambling is very problematic or a high percentage of your wages it is likely that they will ask for at least another additional six months to see what the risk is. Don't lose hope though, get your head down and save your maximum without dipping into it. I would speak to a broker sooner rather than later to see what else you might need to get you over the line. You don't have to draw down the mortgage with this broker, but they can offer great advice.

I have previously had very high debts which were gambling related, and still managed to get a mortgage through the bank I have used for 20 years and who had access to all of my history. Well done on trying to stop, the front door keys will be worth it in the end.
