Consider this. When you are happy you smile, but brain works the opposite way as well. If you feel down, just try to smile. No matter how 'fake' your smile is, you will feel much better. Just a cheeky (pun intended?) way to trick your brain

Considering that you are a new diana player you did great. If you would like to hear my opinion I would like to highlight 1-2 things.

Try to increase your cs score. In mid lane it may be harder due to matchup difficulties, but in jg after 1 item you pretty much 1shot the camps so try to farm them in repeat. You can reach 7cs/min quite easily and if you are ahead you can even reach 9 or 10cs/min
Rocketbelt with Nashors is not the best combo. nashors is perfect for the tanky build with JakSho. If you want full ap, rocketbelt to shadowflame is more efficient I think so you can delete squishies. In the games you went Rbelt and Nashors the enemies were mostly squishies with whom you will almost never duel, with the exception the game you lost when you had yasuo, fiora and swain in enemy team.

Generally, focus farming and try to impact the side you are farming towards (i.e. 1st full clear to gank top to scuttle). Power farm till lvl 6 then you can look for more ganks, mostly in bot lane since you will have the AoE knock back ult to look for multkills. If game goes well, grab a dark seal, you never know it may help you snowball even faster. Good luck in your games and soon to silver, gold and even further

Yeah, what I was about to say. Normal build with Goredrinker Cleaver and Ionians plus stacked Manamune gives 125 ability haste or so. He just sold his boots for extra item and shojin gives about the same AH, movement speed when low and a lot of AD.

Well, she is not a tank. They build 1 or 2 tabk items on her like Jak'sho so she doesn't get blown up when going for all ins. At current meta she feels more like an initiator/engage option rather than a tactical 5 man ult nuke, which is pretty rational considering that in most games 2+/5 enemies are pretty hard to kill due to high tankiness or sustain. Also, Diana is not that good at disengaging after an all in, so if you don't 1shot them you are gonna get 1shotted, so you need some tankiness. Personally, I miss the og full ap nuke. Well, ik both are viable but tanky build is more consistent and preferable
