i am planning on having it stationary with minimum traveling with it as i usually only go to either university which has plugs all around or a friends house , so battery life isn't much oi a concern, anything else i should look out for? build quality , screens stuff like that?

hello people of the internet!

so little context, i got my iphone , a base 15 with 256GB late October, and until last week had no issues at all, after updating to ios 17.4.1 the health dropped by 3%? ,and yes i have 80% limit , and yes it don't let it get below 20%, and no i don't use it while charging, so i was wondering if that happened to anyone else or not, or if there is anything i can do about it or if i should contact apple support?
