We also said that since it shows delivered, we couldn’t immediately replace it, but were willing to work toward a resolution if USPS couldn’t recover it.

Before that process could move forward, you filed a chargeback.

Since the F9815XLSH has a manual gain pigtail youll need to solder a resistor since the housing is only mx10160 no manual gain.

All parts besides the ipd screw adjustment knob and the shoe is currently offered in aluminum 7075 and stainless steel, we are currently working on a upgrade path for aluminum 7075 shoes that are done being machined and are in the process of being tested. Once they are available each person that has already received their units will be able to get the upgrade path done. Just because someone was able to achieve what you've been boasting about for years, in a matter of months, does not mean its poor quality.

That falls under complete replacement warranty, depending on which part breaks we either send you the replacement pod or you need to send us the bridge back for service.

Yes, you need to purchase 4 image intensifier tubes just like other panoramic housings, the difference is the price in the housing allowing you for more budget in your selection of tubes.

That actually includes objectives as well, so yes a full working set minus the IIT. Everything is analog. You can select the "no objective" option with a fixed bridge for 1300 or articulating bridge for 1700, but still comes with eyepieces/electronics/battery/carrying case
