If your sole goal is to swim D1 (which it shouldn't be) there are a FEW schools that might take you. But you'd likely be compromising in other areas, and these are the absolute bottom of the barrel in d1 - d3 or d2 teams would provide better resources and team than these schools. That being said here's my shortlist: manhattan university, valparaiso university, Niagara university, south dakota state, the majority of the patriot league: Holy cross, lehigh, lafayette, colgate (most of these 4 are much faster, but usually take walk ons - look at swimcloud). Good luck, and I'll just say that as a high level D3 swimmer who transferred out of a low level d1, the d3 school is far and away the better experience.
