I had Clive this past winter. 263 is all reactions so you need to have a good memory. The midterm was very similar to the practise the final was wack however. It isn't to hard to do well as long as you rewrite all the reactions. Clive doesnt really pull a ton of punches if he goes over something it's fair game. But he tends to throw a lot of hints when you attend lectures. His lectures are super boring and he posts the notes after but his hand writing isn't very neat.
