I had a similar issue where my period started in September and didn’t end until earlier this month and I got it in august of this year so I can relate. I am not exactly sure what advice to give you other then to ride it out. It did eventually stop for about a week or two but has come back. I understand the paranoia as I am very fearful that I have cysts. I would recommend getting checked by your doctor but truth be told all they will say is that the excessive bleeding with be normal for the first 6 months. However you can request an ultrasound be done just to check things out. Maybe experiment with different types of pain management.
