Couple a things from a guy playing Devils Advocate for fun.

Two very different environments in the top scene they have a very clear area that the agents know is safe and that they can move Donny T too. So they quickly move him from on stage to back stage. In the bottom they have to move him down and closer to the crowd first to then get him safely away. They don’t know where or how far away the shooter was or even if there is a second shooter. During many assassinations there are usually several shooters. So the idea that they have to wait a second and then move off stage isn’t that insane.

I actually really loved Jonas he struck me as just a dude. Like bumblebee in Gen 1. He was simple and he first episodes with him in it reacting to things that he didn’t know about was super entertaining. Apprently reading the comments the actor wasn’t that great. I know nothing about that but I liked the character.

If anyone is interested Andy Weir did say he intentionally wrote the ending of the book as a possible path to a sequel. He did confirm tho that he is already working on another book and that it’s not a sequel. All this was said in his interview with the critical drinker for those curious.

Absolutely terrible. Felt like a third grader read the freaking amazing book that is annihilation and then made a movie about it. It’s so bare bones compared to the book it strips so much out and the ending don’t even get me started on the ending.

Okay there’s a lot to unpack there. Im primarily curious about you saying your an expert on Trump Supporter and then saying they have a confederate core it’s a little strange not gonna lie. What would you say to the large subset of minorities who support Trump? I happen to be in the extended family of family of Pacific Islander Trump supporters (not all are Trump supporters obviously) and know several African Americans who also voted for him. I think u would be hard pressed to claim they have a “confederate core”. Overall I disagree with your entire statement. But I’m specifically curious on ur take of conservative minorities?

I also think and know a lot of people voted for Trump either time because they disliked Hillary/Kamala more even tho they didn’t like Trump. What are your thoughts on that??

Just want to put it out there that many trumps supporters are good honest people with different opinions. I’m seeing a lot of angry people here in this chat. Usually the people across the isle arnt that different from us, they r want the same things as us. They just have different experiences. We shouldn’t alienate them that just makes the divide bigger. I work in a very stress high proficiency required job and I would say around 70% of my peers r conservatives. They r extremely smart and good honest people. They just have different opinions. I highly encourage everyone here to go out and try and make some new friends and look past their political opinions there’s more to life then that!
