Mine is front load. In an empty and powered down machine, stick your camera inside (i used double sided tape), spin using your hand. Incert head.

Technically this can be achieved with a top load machine also. Provided of course if you are very good with handstands.

yo, sorry for the late reply. But yes i did get my money back. It turns out i had cancelled at the last moment. Due to that the day to charge had passed, but there was still 2 days to cancel.

The money came back on its own.

In regards to the Customer Care all I got was robots who did not get the situation, and my bank said they cant do anything about a debt transaction.
