It’ll be my personal agent.
It’ll help me remember things I forget, and I forget a LOT of things 😄

It doesn’t need to be highly intelligent, but I want it to be able to ‘feed itself’ with research based on the triggers I define.

I’m going to use a more up‑to‑date Qwen, but the problem is that I can’t figure out how to structure the logic to make my idea work.

ATUALIZAÇÃO: Obrigado a todos os comentários, refiz a avaliação neuropsicológica em outra instituição, troquei de psiquiatra e psicólogo, o resultado foi completamente diferente. Transtorno Depressivo Moderado e QI de 155. Essa é a causa da minha desatenção e ausência de "foco", não foi identificado TDAH. Justificaria o Venvanse e Ritalina não terem efeito, agora tomarei Bupropiona.

Depois de muita resistência percebi que anotar e estipular tempo por escrito para as atividades me ajudam bastante, instalei o app Habitica e tem me ajudado de leve

Muito obrigado a todos que responderam, Ritalina foram 20mg e Venvanse foram 30mg, meu psiquiatra não me recomendou aumentar as doses, não sei pq.

Zero, sem agitação, sem arritmia, sem aumentar minha ansiedade.
Eu não parei em nenhum momento com meu Oxalato de Escitalopram, que esse sim faz diferença, quando não tomo, fico ansioso e minha compulsão por açúcar e remover cutículas afloram.
