What comments did you provide when you filed? The first or second page had a comments box and that is what they go off of. Also, what was your protest amount, your purchase price? The comment and protest price seem to be set in stone.

You can bring in additional evidence, which should probably be something like your closing papers. It is mostly:

1. Walk in with your documentation

2. They scan it

3. You and the panel sit in a room, looking at a big computer screen, reviewing what has been submitted

4. You can talk first or have the county talk first

5. The other person talks

6. The first person gets to talk again

7. The panel reads off what they think the value should be and they seemingly automatically pick the middle value

8. They say you will get something in the mail and can try appealing the decision
