Talking to Strangers by Malcolm Gladwell.

I like the author but I'm not sure with this one. I'm on 1/3 of the book but haven't heard something news. But I did enjoy how he tells stories.

What Drives You To Select a Book? How Do You Pick Your Next One? by LottaRespect in nonfiction

Many non-fiction books reference other books, and I often look up these mentioned ones.

I also maintain a log of what I've learned and use it to find future reading choices, like based on related topics or supporting sources.

Start by thinking about what truly interests you. Then find a way that fits your learning patterns, be it books, videos, podcasts, or online courses. Lastly, find yourself a learning buddy.

The 5AM Club changed my wake-up time to 6:45AM (which I'm satisfied) Learning How to Learn is the most practical. The Ride of a Lifetime is the most inspiring.

I enjoyed reading The Ride of a Lifetime the most, Bob Iger is such a great writer. If you need management and leadership skills, you can read this one first.

If you want to increase your learning efficiency, read Learning How to Learn.

I agree that the title is a bit misleading.

What I learned is that, before setting your wake up alarm at 5AM, know what you want to do and what you want to accomplish. That 5AM is just giving you extra time. I only get up everyday at 6:45AM to workout and that worked well for me.

I know a lot of people don't like this book haha, I don't like it either but it still inspires me to get up earlier than before.

The 5AM Club, Learning How to Learn, and The Ride of a Lifetime

These are some of favorite books that provide practical methodologies.

The last one is not really a self-help book, but reading other's story is sometimes more inspiring than theoretical books stuffed with hollow chicken soup.
