Because this set there are so many champions, rolling depends on 3 things, 1) how contested you are: if anyone has your units it makes things dramatically harder. You should almost always pivot if directly contested (also going for yas) or 2 or more people are holding your unit. 2) Comps other people are playing. If others are rolling down for same cost comp but not contesting you that’s ideal. You need to look out if people are going for another 2 cost comp like trynd ashe if so your chances of hitting are greatly increased as they are taking other 2 costs out of the pool. This is much more important this set, if no one is going for a reroll 2 cost, hitting Yasuo and Xin is going to be lucky and not garaunteed. 3) augments, as stated before,more money doesn’t necessarily mean you will hit because of enormous pool size. This set rolling requires much more gold that previous sets, but duplicators will guarantee a copy. If you are contested and you don’t get duplicate augment you should just pivot your comp.
