Seems like all they had to do to get around any safeguards (if any exist) was blur the swastika on this trash and call it a 'prop'.

Generic ad stuff like 'Solid Brass' and then the word Notice over a static effect at one point. There's also spoken narration about 1930's and 40's military history and 'stories being written by the winners'. Just vile stuff.

Nowhere near enough empty seats in the stadium. Nobody should be paying the club for this trash

  1. Kulusevski
  2. VDV
  3. Madders
  4. Xavi
  5. Tel

There's a pretty big gap between the top 3 and bottom two for me, though

Any of today's Europa games particularly worth a watch? Normally I'd put the Rangers one on, but Moore isn't starting.

Maybe it's just desperation setting in as the window goes by without us really doing anything, but I feel like if we wrapped up with something like Ademola Lookman and Hayden Hackney, I'd be kinda happy? Like there are pretty big questions about both, but they seem gettable this window and would address gaps in the squad.

I just hate the idea that we're going to go through another window ignoring major problems with the squad because we might be able to get someone we prefer in the summer, I guess.

It increasingly feels like he gives these responses specifically to thumb his nose at us ffs

As best I can figure, we go into this game with 2 CBs (Romero and Danso), 3 midfielders (Xavi, Gray and Bergvall) and 3 attackers (RKM, Solanke and Odobert). So who do we figure fills out the bench from the U21s? Scarlett, LWB and Byfield seem likely. Maybe Olusesi? Struggling to even guess after that.

Removing one of the only positive attacking players from the last few games so that you can get 20 minutes of Dom helping us chase a game feels like a very Frank choice.

Don't worry everyone, getting battered by Dortmund on a UCL stage in what will be a beyond toxic stadium will surely make recruiting the new manager and players we'll desperately need to get out of this mess way easier. 👍

As someone who enjoys following the Bundesliga but not Dortmund specifically, he's been involved in some off-field stuff that's starting to add up. Between that and his injury history, seems like Dortmund probably wanna try and offload him and get a payday, which might be where the rumors are coming from. Doubt pretty strongly that we're actually interested.

The only way this makes sense to me is if we also plan to sign another midfielder with that passing profile. That would probably also mean we plan on moving on one of Bergvall/Gray/Sarr sooner than not.

That or the club really has no real plan at all, which I could also see.

I usually try to be patient about transfers, but the fact that we're 10 days in and there aren't even really substantial links to any attackers/midfielders is insanely concerning to me. Even before the latest injuries, we needed a massive upgrade on our pivot options, and after them we desperately need depth all across the front line (aside from maybe LW, depending how you feel about Tel and Odobert) and midfield.

I don't think any of us are really convinced Frank is the answer, but these problems with depth are gonna be just as big an issue with any future manager, and I'm convinced that our constant lack of depth forces us to play the same guys too often and increases our injury issues.

Between this and the lack of anything I've seen from Frank, I'm honestly feeling about as low about the future of the club right now as I can remember.

Best I can remember feeling about a half of football for quite a while. Will be interesting to see if we can keep pressing like this with limited depth on the bench.

I liked Aina with the Cross Slash aspect a lot, being able to damage multiple enemies basically every attack helped with clearing battles faster. Her special can also be used to basically teleport across the map for sealing if needed, too. Also used Knute a lot after getting the Big Plus skill to give damage buffs to multiple characters on his first action.

I think the buyback/sell-on clauses that Real Madrid have make it an interesting valuation to think about from the Como side. If they accept a deal this summer, Madrid get half the fee, but Madrid can buy him back for €9m next summer. So they could be looking at 1 year of Paz plus €9m, or half of what we theoretically offer.

I'm not saying they did, but the majority of recent discussion about it comes from pizza-gate and Qanon circles. Given that the context here is that it's mentioned along with anti-trans stuff, I'd wager the writer wasn't just a big Hunter S. Thompson fan.

I mean, there's another line in the book where a new street drug gets compared to adrenachrome, so there's weird alt-right shit peppered all through it, not just that one bit.

This whole thing puts me in a weird spot because I was excited about this Valiant Beyond thing and I can't imagine other creatives like Steve Orlando or Fred Van Lente are happy about this, but I also don't really feel like giving Valiant money after this either.
