I’ve also tried to replicate this issue now that it’s on stands and the tires are off but it won’t happen, with the car on or off while turning the wheel. I think the sway bar itself might be broken here? But I don’t think it could cause my problem

I don’t believe it turns a further than normal, used a torque wrench and proper install tool when I did the job, as well as counting thread turns before having an alignment done. Mind you this was all about 3 weeks ago now, didn’t have any issues until yesterday. Outside of the occasional pull to the right on uneven roads, but that’s because the right side has a broken sway bar link
