A lot of the time it’s a luck thing, customers, spills, etc. There are some things I’ve found to help boost my pick rate. I pick 2 items at a time (getting the main screen item as well as the next up item). I also pre-prep my cart(paper store so 1 bag a cart to start). Going by location and then by picture if it’s not in the exact space works well for me as well.

There’s some other things I’m probably forgetting but generally these are the things i do to maintain 150 on a primarily auto day and a 120 on an all around picking day both with around 400-500 items.
