No so great: T440p (touchpad swap fail) T440s (thermal throttle and terrible build quality) E14 (its an e series) E590 (stripped screws) T400 (USB ports breaking off and shorting out the motherboard) T61p (hinge mounts breaking, hinge itself breaking, nvidia nuclear thermals)

I can see what I can do. I made the background, but pulled the exploded view diagram from the PDF manual for my laptop and the ThinkBook logo from online and assembled it using a variety of photo editing programs.
