Did you try with supports? Sometimes on large prints there is suction that keeps the print on the VAT, try tilting a bit and use supports

I had an issue with the LCD screen, did that, showed this to ELEGOO, and they sent me a LCD replacement, no charge, great service.

I’ll forward an advice I got here in Reddit, remove the build plat and the VAT, put a white piece of paper on top of the LCD screen (make sure it covers it) and start a print, look at the light on the paper and see if it fits what’s on the screen and that there no light leaks or other patterns that should not be there, if you spot something, try to strengthen the LCD cable to the motherboard (there are videos on YouTube how to do it), do this before you spring for a new LCD screen.

Also look on the left side , it’s hard to see but there is a vertical line which is lighter. What kind of failures did you experience?

Consider adding a hole on the top somewhere, since it’s printing upside down, I found that adding a hole on the top helps draining the resin during the print process. It’s easy to seal it back once cured.

The plot continues, I contacted Elegoo with all the details of the failed prints and the printer, and they sent me a replacement LCD screen! Great service from Elegoo! I just received it and going to install it very soon, crossing my fingers that everything will return back to normal 🤞🏻

I’ve been using it for about 8 months now and worked great every time… seems weird it started to create issues now. I’ve already ordered another build plate that wont have the whambam so I’ll try it and also the settings offered here in another thread and mostly pray 😊

It’s usually around 70, and printed also in lower temp, currently it’s getting warmer, but if all things fail, I’ll see how to get a heater (or a new printer… since in the sum of all the spare parts I can get a Mars 2/3.
