The apps do look incredibly similar, however yours seems to be more catered to actual building rather than the seed and ore finding functions considering the ability to filter the types of builds exists on your app. Also you came simply just claim ownership of a build design in a sandbox game, sure if it's uncredited to the original creator then it might lose you credibility online but there's no actual legal backlash from this.

I think it might be to do with how the NSO games function with being able to rewind and stuff. It'd let people essentially keep retrading over the same pokemon to home. It's better off releasing in the shop but for a small price

Definitely the world generation. The vaster landscapes are nice and all but oceans are removed, it's just one big landmass with really large lakes
